When you walk into someone’s home, and it smells oh-so-good, you’re bound to ask “What’s Cooking?”

That’s exactly what the folks at one of my favorite websites do. Only they take it one step further. They ask “What’s Cooking America?”

At http://whatscookingamerica.net/ Right now, you can learn about Beer Butt Chicken, why recipes don’t work, tons of recipes and summer drinks from ice tea to mojitos. You can also learn a lot about kitchen organization.

This month, I look at my favorite Next-To great Kitchen Organizing Tips.  Here’s one in the picture. Instead of hunting all over the kitchen, keep the measuring spoons with the measuring cups. If you need one, you probably need the other!
